   Shipping Policy
We offer **free standard shipping** on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

   General Return Rules (for Non‑Handmade Items)
If you are not satisfied with a **standard (non‑handmade) item**, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

- Return shipping cost** must be paid by the customer. We do not provide free return labels.
- The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the product price only. The original outbound shipping cost (which was free to you) will not be deducted, but we do not refund any return shipping fee you pay.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

   Handmade Products – No Return for Acceptable Imperfections
All handmade items are crafted individually. Due to the nature of handmade goods,   slight imperfections, minor color/size variations, or small tool marks are normal** and are not considered defects.

  Handmade products are NOT eligible for return or refund** for the following reasons:
- Slight imperfections, asymmetry, or natural variations in color/texture.
- “Not liking” the handmade appearance, as long as the product matches the description.
- Minor differences from product photos (lighting/display variations).

By purchasing a handmade product, you acknowledge and accept that these unique characteristics are part of its charm and do not constitute a valid reason for return.

   Return Process for Eligible Items (Standard Products Only)
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [Your Email Address] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our return approval and shipping address.
3. Ship the item back at your own cost (tracked shipping recommended).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

   Non‑Returnable Items (All Products)
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Handmade products (as explained above).
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items damaged by the customer (accidental or intentional).
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Sale items or gift cards.

   Defective or Wrong Items (Genuine Issues)
If you receive a product with a **major defect** (e.g., broken in half, completely unusable) or the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

This does **not** apply to acceptable handmade imperfections.
